Rick is a founder and Managing Principal of Edgemark. With more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience Rick has established a proven track record for entrepreneurial business transactions specializing in commercial development, redevelopment, and urban projects.

Aaron is a Managing Principal of Edgemark. He has over 20 years of experience acquiring, developing, and financing 8,000,000 Square feet of retail, office, multi family and senior living projects.

Andrew is the Vice President of Edgemark and our multi-family and HUD housing division. He is the lead for acquisitions, development, operations, and asset management spanning our multifamily portfolio. Andrew has a proven track record of implementing a disciplined and systematic team approach with proven success in land development, residential construction, and multifamily operations.

Bryce is Edgemark's Senior Acquisition Associate. Before joining the Edgemark team, Bryce worked in FHA underwriting and spent several years developing properties with Federal HUD subsidies and low-income housing tax credits. He is responsible for many phases of the acquisition process, including financial analysis, investor distributions, and more.

Ronnie is the Asset Manager for Edgemark in our multi-family and HUD housing division. Ronnie is responsible for the operations of our multifamily housing portfolio. Ronnie is focused on creating operational efficiencies, facilitating special projects, and cultivating optimal financial performance within our portfolio.

Amanda is primarily responsible for corporate operations, account management, property administration, construction administration, investor relations. Amanda has overseen a range of projects within the office and at project sites from conception to delivery to management and operation.

Brad is the Controller for Edgemark. Brad has over 20 years of accounting experience. He has spent the majority of his accounting career in property management with an emphasis on low-income housing, retail, office space, and assisted living. Brad has vast experience managing financials for large property portfolios and managing a team of accountants. Brad is responsible for timely reporting, accurate financial statements, and implementation of financial processes and procedures.
